What is Glances - Unified Customer View?

Glances unifies your apps in a simplified, easy-to-use customer view that provides real-time data from within any app that you are using.

What is a customer view?

A customer view is a view into an application. If you use an application for business, you can see your contacts, orders, leads, support cases, and more in a view that you control.

How do I get started?

Connect your apps and install the browser extension. Once you set up your apps, you’re ready to go.

Do I need to write code?

No! All you do is log into your apps to connect them and we handle the rest. It’s what the hipsters are calling a “no-code” solution to your integration needs.

Is it as complicated to set up as other integrations?

It takes less than five minutes to set up and view all of your data.

How can I use Glances?

Glances is available on web browsers and standalone apps such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.

What questions might I have?

Some of the supported applications include Shopify, Zendesk, and Microsoft Teams.
