Girl Scouts Unite, developed by Girl Scouts of the USA, is the official mobile companion for the 58th National Council Session and the related national event. The app helps attendees manage a multi-day program, follow live and recorded sessions, and discover other participants through AI matchmaking. It groups scheduling, venue navigation, and event announcements into one interface. Delegates, volunteers, staff, and exhibitors gain a focused tool for planning and staying informed during the convention.

How the app connects into the event platform and devices

Girl Scouts Unite is powered by the Swapcard platform and is available for Android, with an iOS version also offered, which ties the mobile client into the event’s back-end services. A secure internet connection is required for full functionality, and the app supports a guest mode with limited viewing. Full personalization requires logging in using the email associated with your event ticket, a setup step that unlocks attendee-specific features.

How it fits practical workflows on the convention floor

The app targets day-to-day needs during a multi-day program by providing tools for session planning, attendee discovery, and exhibitor interactions. For exhibitors and professionals, the platform includes digital lead retrieval to capture and manage new contacts on site. Live and on-demand content is available through the mobile interface, which supports catching up on sessions after they end or following talks in real time from the venue.

Is the interface usable for the event’s broad audience?

The design is aimed at a wide event audience, from youth members in grade 4 and up to adult volunteers and staff. Interactive floor plans and scheduling controls help attendees of varying technical ability find sessions and map a multi-day itinerary. A guest viewing mode lets casual visitors explore the program, while registered attendees access personalised elements tied to their event account.

What the app does with networking and account data

Networking features use AI matchmaking through the Swapcard service to suggest connections, and exhibitors can use the integrated lead capture tool to record contacts. Some information may be cached for offline access, but live Q&A, matchmaking, and real-time updates require a secure connection. The app’s login model, tied to the event ticket email, centralizes access control for attendee-specific content and interactions.

To sum up, a focused companion best suited to active convention participants

To sum up, the app is a focused option for delegates and volunteers who want a single place to manage their convention presence and connections. Its usefulness is tied to event participation, so it offers limited value outside scheduled programming. Tip: complete your event account and familiarize yourself with the app before arrival to ensure networking and session access are available on day one.
