GIF Player is a playback tool designed for Windows that allows users to view saved gifs. In conjunction with apps that convert videos to gifs, GIF Player allows users to view the new animated gif files right on their computer without having to post them online. The software also allows users to extract and save still image frames from a gif and allows them to zoom as well as view the files in full-screen mode. It works by simply dragging and dropping the desired file into the player and can be used with any gif file.
