"GG OCD" is a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) app for those who suffer from anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). It is a free, guided self-help program, which is built for self-management and self-help. It can be used by patients, in the case of patients suffering from OCD, or by the patient's caregiver, in the case of patients with anxiety.

How does it work?

The app guides the user through a series of activities that help the user improve their cognitive behavioral skills. It includes topics such as how to recognize one's own thinking patterns, how to recognize the thoughts of others, and how to deal with one's fear of abandonment, fear of contamination, and the more common fears and worries. 

Each topic is covered by a series of self-help activities, and users can be guided by their therapist in using the app. The activities in the app are built to help users realize the importance of making their thinking more positive. The activities are guided by the user. The user is encouraged to learn to accept and eliminate the thinking that leads to their symptoms, and replace the negative thoughts with more positive ones.
