The app also shows the duties and responsibilities of each official as extracted from various sources and best practices. The program presents an animation to help understand the rule. Some rules are presented to show variations of the rule and some include animations demonstrating "this is/this is not" type comparisons. Scenarios are provided to exercise the officials' knowledge of rules and penalty enforcement. The play will be presented, and a series of questions will be presented regarding enforcement.
