Gestion Micro-Entrepreneur (Gestion-ME) is a free iPhone application designed to streamline the accounting, invoicing, and quoting process for micro-entrepreneurs. This app is specifically tailored for individual businesses that fall under the micro-entrepreneur fiscal regime and are not subject to VAT.

Gestion-ME aims to simplify the work of micro-entrepreneurs by offering features to manage commercial operations such as creating quotes and invoices, as well as recording revenue, purchases, and other financial transactions. Once these operations are entered, the app can instantly generate various periodic reports necessary for financial control and accounting, including revenue books, purchase registers, and invoice lists.

With Gestion-ME, you can manage multiple accounting files, each representing the management of a different micro-entrepreneur. The app provides features such as file configuration, client quote and invoice management, revenue entry and reconciliation, purchase entry, third-party management (clients, suppliers, etc.), calculation of annual turnover and results, URSSAF declaration calculation (monthly or quarterly), cash flow monitoring (bank accounts, cash), generation of various management reports, and graphical representation of cash balances and revenue by client/supplier.

Gestion-ME is designed to work on iOS devices, including iPhone and iPad, and requires a minimum iOS 12.0 for installation. It can be downloaded and installed from the App Store.

Please note that all data entered into Gestion-ME, including files and operations, are stored securely on your iOS device and are not shared or stored on an internet server. Access to the app and its data can only be granted to individuals with complete access to your iOS device. To further protect your data, you can enable password protection within the app's preferences.
