Gesad Mobile is a specialized home care ERP mobile solution developed for auxiliary workers and service coordinators. It is seamlessly integrated with Gesad, providing convenient access to user and worker schedules, even during on-call services, holidays, or emergencies. This module ensures quick and efficient access to all information pertaining to managed services. Featuring a check-in system for beneficiary identification, it enables monitoring of service entries/exits and task completion tracking. Moreover, the system facilitates user surveys for quality assessment and includes a messaging system integrated with the central ERP. The app supports multiple languages, including Spanish, English, Catalan, Galician, and Basque.
