Germanium Selector Builder is a free Chrome add-on that provides a convenient way to generate XPath/CSS Selenium/Germanium selectors. With just a push of a button, you can easily create selectors for your Selenium tests.

To access Germanium Selector Builder, simply open the Developer Tools in Chrome and select the Germanium SB panel. From there, you can start picking elements on the page. As you pick elements, selectors will be generated and added to the editor. The type of selector (CSS or XPath) will depend on the selector type you need for your Selenium test.

Once you have opened the editor and picked elements, you can see the matches for the selector in the Console of the browser by pressing the Blink button. Please note that in the pro version, the matched elements also blink on the page.
