Gerador de Cartão SUS is a Chrome extension developed by edmaker. It is a free tool designed to support basic health units by extracting information from the PEC (Electronic Health Record) and generating a SUS (Unified Health System) card.

To use this extension, you need to log in to e-SUS AB with your user credentials. Once logged in, switch to citizen mode and search for a citizen. Click on the "View" button to access the citizen's information. At this point, click on the extension and then on the "Generate SUS Card" button. The extension will collect the necessary information and display it in the layout of a SUS card.
