In 2015, the State of Rondônia was selected as one of the development priorities of the Plano Piloto (Pilot Plan) of the World Bank. This is why the main strategy of the Geração Emprego p Trabalhador (GEPT) is to develop programs that improve the employability of the population of Rondônia.
