The Generali HealthApp is a convenient way to request documents and forms from your Generali insurance provider. If you want to request a document or form via email, we have made it even easier for you. The app lets you take a picture of the document and send it to us. If you need to make a request via phone, you can do it directly in the app. And if you need to send the request to someone else, you can send it to them directly in the app.

So what is the new design?

The new design has been completely redesigned from the ground up. It is now easier to use, more intuitive, and provides a better overall user experience.

You can now do the following:
