This is an app to remove the visor that shows up on garrus in the game. It's made for all versions of the game, from the original Mass Effect 3 to the latest one, Mass Effect 4. The latest one has a new style for garrus, but this app will work with all of them. It's simple to install and use, and you can do it without having to do anything else. It works as a normal mod, and you can install it through the Me3 Tweaks utility or through the A.I. pack that you get in the game.
