You can hire and train staff in multiple fields, such as the programming language, graphics, sound, and music. You can also hire and train employees based on their skills. For instance, you can hire a Programmer who can write code, or a Graphics Designer who can make cool graphics.

Your employees will work for you, and will be able to earn money, experience, and learn new skills.
