Fitness classes: 

Galleon has 25 different fitness classes, ranging from HIIT, yoga, pilates, boxing, cycling, and crossfit to the latest addition, the boxing class called X-Fit.

Our gym is open seven days a week, offering you a variety of workout sessions, from the traditional gym session to a more innovative and fun way of working out, the X-Fit class. This new class is a combination of boxing, cycling, and calisthenics, designed to make you sweat and burn.

We also offer pilates lessons, yoga classes, and a variety of fitness coaching programs.

The swimming pools:

Galleon has two swimming pools, one for adult classes and one for children. We offer a variety of swimming sessions, ranging from five minutes to two hours.
