Galaxy Watch5 is a wearable technology that can be used to track and monitor a user’s heart rate, count steps, and monitor sleep quality and duration - as long as you also have the official Galaxy Wearable app installed – because this is only a plugin, and does not operate independently from the main program, as it does not do anything on its own.

This plugin will require permission access to certain information that is in your phone, such as location, storage, your phone's unique identification information or date for updates and for the automatic installation of particular plugins, contacts, calendar, call logs, and sms - all of which are meant to provide the sync feature between the physical watch and the built-in function. 

This app might also request for access into your camera - for the scanning of QR codes when activating the watch.
