Galaxy Swirl Hexa: Endless Run is a free action title for mobile developed by Rikzu Games. It is an endless runner game that features sci-fi themes and is set in the vastness of space. In it, players will control a spaceship and take on challenging courses filled with traps and obstacles.

Taking the simple yet fun gameplay of other games like Looney Tunes Dash! and Subway Surfers, and adding a shooting mechanic, Galaxy Swirl Hexa: Endless Run offers a more engaging and varied experience to players. It also includes RPG-like elements that let players upgrade and customize their ships in various ways.

Lightspeed ahead

In Galaxy Swirl Hexa: Endless Run, you're a hotshot spaceship pilot who will take on obstacle courses taking place on a sphere filled with hexagonal pillars. They are not ordinary monoliths, though, as they contain all sorts of lasers, turrets, and traps meant to stop you in your tracks. You will rely on your flying skills to avoid them while collecting coins along the path.

Choose from a variety of spaceships with unique characteristics to shoot down waves of oncoming robot snakes while navigating through five courses with unique layouts and threats. Invest points into different ship attributes like speed, handling, and even extra lives to suit your playstyle and gain an advantage for succeeding runs. Experiment with different builds to find one that works for you.

What's more, there are multiple powerups to collect throughout the stage to help with your runs, such as protective shields and health regens. That said, the game does have a slight difficulty curve that will take newcomers a bit of time to get used to. However, it is well worth it for the fun and thrilling experience you have here.

Something different

All in all, Galaxy Swirl Hexa: Endless Run stands out as one of the more unique entries in the Endless Runner genre with its sci-fi themes and neon-lit visuals. The gameplay is fast-paced and the addition of shooting mechanics makes things even more fun and engaging. It does take a little to get used to the pace, but stick with it, and you'll be zipping by in no time.
