Gaggle Chrome Goose is a Chrome browser plugin developed by the Baliga Lab at the Institute for Systems Biology. It is designed to parse web pages for gaggle data and interact with other Gaggle Geese.

This plugin provides a unified framework for integrating bioinformatics analysis scripts, visualization tools, and desktop and web resources. It enables seamless data exchange between all the components involved in the analysis of biological data types. These data types include NameList, Matrix, Tuple, and Network, which were defined previously by the Gaggle framework.

With Gaggle Chrome Goose, users can easily connect various desktop analysis packages, web resources, and custom scripts without worrying about data incompatibility issues. The current implementation of this plugin integrates connectivity between Chrome, Cytoscape, MeV, and R. Users can also plug in any R scripts using the OpenCPU package with minimal effort.
