G-SHOCK Connected is a Bluetooth(R) v4.0-enabled communication and connection solution for mobile and wearable devices that work together to provide a more intuitive and seamless user experience. 

If you want to connect to the watch, select Bluetooth and select the connection type. 

When you're connected, the app will display the device name of the device. In the settings, you can change the name of the device to something. 

When you connect to the watch, you will need to pair it. This is done by going into the smartphone settings, clicking the Bluetooth button, and then clicking the "pair" button.
