In the heart of the Jewish Quarter in southern Tunisia, the orphaned Muslim Rima grew up in the arms of the Jewish Jacob family. The young Muslim Rima was a special child of her parents, a unique and special being. She was a beautiful girl of five years old, smart and intelligent.

So the young man, Daniel, who was a member of the Jewish community in southern Tunisia, spent most of his time with her, reading tales and stories to her, petting and playing with her, enjoying her laughter and innocent emotions, and taking advantage of his vacations to travel with her.
