Submitting claims is effortless with FSAFEDS. Users can take a photo of their receipt with their phone for health care claims or capture their provider's signature in the app or submit a photo of the receipt for dependent care claims. The app also allows users to view their current account balance, important plan information, and all claims submitted via the app, online, or fax.

FSAFEDS also provides access to Claims & Activity, all transactions for all programs, and the Account Statement for available programs, similar to the website. Users can update their profile and preferences and sign up for detailed emails and texts. The app also offers help on how to submit claims and next steps.
