Frete Certo is a free Android application developed by Allan Ramos Artuso, designed to calculate the minimum freight prices based on the tables provided by the Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres. These tables contain the minimum prices for each kilometer traveled for loaded axes. The tables are divided into five categories: general cargo, bulk cargo, refrigerated cargo, dangerous cargo, and neo-bulk cargo.

Using Frete Certo, users can input the cargo type, number of axes, distance, and whether there is a return freight. The app then calculates the minimum freight price based on these inputs. The tables provided in the app are valid for the semester in which they are edited, as per the MP nº. The first tables, which are included in ANEXO II of Resolution ANTT nº. , are valid until January 20, 2019, which is the deadline for them to be voted on and, if approved, become law.
