These symbols indicate whether the students are present, absent, previously present but left due to technical difficulties, or present but not on the attendance list.

Editing student information within a class is also made easy with Frequência Google Meet™. Additionally, with just one click, teachers can export the attendance data to Google Sheets. The extension automatically generates separate spreadsheets for each class, updating them with the latest attendance information, including the Meet code, date, time, and individual student entries.

The student entries in the generated spreadsheets include their name, attendance status, join time, leave time, number of times they joined, and total duration of their participation in the call. It is important to note that this extension prioritizes user and student data security, ensuring that no personal information is compromised.
