Freii is a free 21-day program designed for families with teenagers aged 11 to 15, focusing on balancing media use and leisure time. The app features daily tasks, videos, quizzes, and challenges led by guides Melina, Kiana, Dennis, and Luis, aimed at engaging youths in a constructive manner. Additionally, there is a dedicated section for parents, offering tips, conversation starters, and family-friendly activities, all supported by Eckart von Hirschhausen.

The program emphasizes fostering open communication and shared experiences within families. With daily content spread over three weeks, it includes quizzes, challenges for both teens and parents, and family activities to encourage togetherness. Freii is free to use, anonymous, and ad-free, making it accessible for all families looking to improve their media habits.
