Nemo is an Android app designed to help you learn Vietnamese quickly and confidently. The app targets the most commonly used words and phrases in conversation, with options for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners. Nemo offers audio pronunciation of every Vietnamese word by a native speaker, and all audio is available offline or in airplane mode. The Speech Studio technology allows learners to record themselves saying phrases and compare their pronunciation with the teacher’s.

Nemo is not structured around lessons, but rather designed to be picked up throughout the day, whenever users have a few minutes to spare. The app offers customizable flashcards to exercise language skills, with options to practice translation from Vietnamese to English, English to Vietnamese, and fine-tune listening and pronunciation skills. The phrasebook feature offers quick access to vocabulary through a Vietnamese-English dictionary interface and can function as a translator.
