Français de nos Régions is an Android-based application that documents the geographic variation of French spoken in different parts of the world. Developed by Mathieu Avanzi, this free application is designed to help users understand the variation in the French language, from Paris to Montréal, Dakar to Nouméa.

The application has four main components. The first component, Localisez-moi, is based on survey results from tens of thousands of francophones who have participated in the "Français de nos Régions" surveys sinceThe second component, Atlas, allows users to indicate how they call certain objects, situations, or activities. The third component, Enquêtes, consists of surveys that evaluate the vitality of certain regional expressions, words, and pronunciations. Finally, the fourth component, Informations, provides users with information about the developers of the application and how personal data is handled.

The application is open to anyone whose first language or heart language is French. Each component of the application is designed to help users participate in the documentation of the diversity of the French language and accent. By participating in the surveys and sharing their voice recordings, users can contribute to the research and documentation of the French language.
