If you are a young person or a caregiver of a young person aged 12 to 24, living in British Columbia, the Foundry BC app is here to support you. Developed by The Provincial Health Services Authority, this free lifestyle app offers a wide range of services and resources to help you live a good life.

The Foundry BC app provides drop-in and scheduled counseling, peer support, groups, and other services. One of its standout features is "My Story," where you can write your story in your own words and share it with service providers, allowing you to tell your story only once.

With drop-in virtual appointments, you can talk to someone right when you need to. The app offers messaging, audio, and video sessions, ensuring that support is just a few taps away. Additionally, you can book scheduled virtual appointments up to two weeks in advance, giving you the flexibility to choose a time that works best for you.

Joining group sessions is another way to get support and connect with other young people or caregivers. The app also provides full access to Foundry's online tools and resources, allowing you to explore additional information and guidance.

The Foundry BC app is continuously improving and expanding its features. With the upcoming Action Plan feature, you will be able to track your goals and progress collaboratively with your service provider. The Circle of Care feature will allow you to add your service providers and/or caregivers to your account, giving you full control over the information you choose to share with them. Additionally, the app will soon introduce a Medication History Log to help you track your current and past prescribed medication.
