"Фото для Техосмотра" is a free Android application developed by Иван Антюхин. The app is designed to simplify the process of sending photos in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for photographic images of vehicles that have undergone technical diagnostics. As of March 1, 2022, the photo image must meet several requirements, including format, file size, image resolution, and the presence of technical experts in the photograph. This app allows users to take photos with a timer, tripod, selfie stick, stationary IP cameras, and even a Bluetooth button for remote camera activation. It also applies mirroring to the front camera to ensure the readability of the state registration plate of the vehicle. The app supports saving images on the device, Google Drive, Yandex.Disk, email, and personal service using POST requests. It's important to avoid using messengers or email clients to transfer files to avoid losing the meta(exif) properties of the file. The app is subscription-based, and after 14 days, watermarks will appear on the images.
