What is it?

The Food Calculator app gives you the calorie, protein, fat, and carbohydrate information for thousands of foods and recipes.

How do you use it?

Open the app, enter the food you want to know the nutritional values for, and you'll get the information you need.

You can search for your desired food using the search bar at the top of the screen, or browse the list of categories.

Once you've found the food you want, you can select it and add it to the list of foods you have entered.
