With Follower Export Tool, users can export their followers and the accounts they are following from Instagram directly to a CSV file. The tool also extracts user profiles, including follower and following count, posts count, public email, public phone number, and external URL. It even supports extracting user profiles from private accounts that follow you or are followed by you.

To get started, simply enter your Instagram username, select whether you want to export followers or following, and set your preferences on the Settings page, such as the request interval. Once you're ready, just click the Export button and wait for the data extraction to complete. You can then easily export the extracted data to a CSV file.
