Folder Password Lock Pro is a free-to-download security app for preventing unwanted file access. However, using the trial version is not recommended since the default password is weak, and you can’t create your own unless the full program is purchased. Lock and hide sensitive files

With Folder Password Lock Pro, you can lock or hide folders and files stored in your hard or external disk. Executable files are encryptable with a password, too—just click Common followed by Encrypt File and Add Files. Then, tap Encrypt to exe to protect your .exe files with a password.

However, you can’t create a separate password for your other locked or hidden folders and files. Meanwhile, the Self Protect option allows you to hide this program from the start menu, quick menu, and many more. A .txt log of file changes can also be exported for your reference.

It needs the premium version

Overall, Folder Password Lock Pro is a wonderful tool for protecting your files from unauthorized access. However, the software’s premium version is miles better than the trial version, as the latter will put your security at risk with its unchangeable password.
