Use the timer to focus in between sessions. If your mind starts to wander, simply start the timer. The timer will continue automatically and remind you at the end of the session to get up and do something restorative.

See and learn about your past activities. When you complete a session, you can see which tags were used and how long the session lasted. This helps you understand your daily patterns and compare them with previous time periods.

Tag the sessions and view insights for individual tags. Focusmeter also offers the ability to view all activity from a certain tag. Simply drag your finger on a tag and you will see all the previous activities within that tag.
