FocusMe is an Android app that helps you break bad usage habits on your phone. It allows you to track the amount of time you spend on various apps and how many times you launch them. With this app, you can limit or block the usage of specific apps or websites. You can choose to limit usage per day/hour, limit launches per day, have a maximum use time per launch, or set up a break between launches.

FocusMe also lets you create schedules for when you want the rules to be active. The app supports various browsers including Samsung Internet, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera & Opera Mini, Brave, and Microsoft Edge.
