With the FluidSecure hardware system, users can lock their dispensing tanks and pumping systems, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access. The app allows authorized users to obtain access based on various criteria, such as the cell phone owner, tank, product, vehicle or receiving equipment, time of day, day of the week, quantity limitation, odometer or hours limitation, and more.

Using the app is simple. Users just need to open it next to a fluid controlled site, enter the requested data, and select the appropriate hose. All input data is authenticated via the FluidSecure cloud, and once validated, the system unlocks the controls and allows pumping. Completed transactions are stored in the cloud for easy access and reporting.

Managing data and settings is done through a secure web page, where users can add and manage users, vehicles, and fuel sites. The web page also provides comprehensive reporting, which can be accessed from any cell phone, tablet, or PC.
