Floating Notes will help you make visible notes that you can access while using other programs. This will keep all of your notes close to hand without interfering with your work.

This app reduces notes to only icons at the screen's margin. This will help your screen still be organized and arranged.  For your notes, select from a variety of icons and colors. You have the option to modify and customize the icons to make it look better on your screen.

You can also change the transparency of the notes and edit long notes also on full screen. Just toggle visibility on or off when playing games or watching movies.
