FlexiStation Employee Client is a productivity desktop application that strictly logs your attendance, working hours, and activities. All the tracked information regarding your work will then be reported directly to your organization's FlexiServer Attendance and Management Software.

These two utilities come hand-in-hand as managers will use FlexiServer to monitor while employees will utilize FlexiStation for their output to be audited. It is freely available to be installed on any of your compatible computer systems. However, you will need to get the login details from your company as it is important for you to make full use of its service.  

Logs every work activity

While you're working, the employee client of FlexiStation will quietly run in your background in an unobtrusive manner as you do all your assigned tasks. As mentioned, it will automatically track down your time worked as well as attendance and when your shift ends for the day a report will be generated to FlexiServer wherein your manager or team leader can oversee.

The end-of-day reports can be seen through the Web Control Panel if you click on the ‘Web’ button from the toolbar. Here, you can view how many hours you've worked and performed the same actions in the software. Included here also are your added hours and requested time off. Whenever you're working away from your desktop or caught in a meeting, you should manually enter the time duration.

This way the FlexiStation server will not determine you as idle. Furthermore, you can file your leave requests here as well and they will immediately be emailed to your supervisor. Once it got approved, an email notification will be sent to you back. If you need to temporarily stop the clock and do some personal tasks, you can go into Private mode to ensure that screenshots are disabled also.    

A personal overview of your employee records

FlexiStation Employee Client is an essential tool especially if the organization that you're working on utilizes FlexiServer to monitor and audit your overall performance. The Web Control Panel allows you to assess yourself as you can access the generated reports every day. Not to mention, it even gives you a platform to request leaves with ease. Although you must have the required credentials first before using this office suite.
