flexigo, developed by Flexigo INC, is a corporate and campus mobility platform that reorganizes how employees and students commute. The app integrates shared transport services into a single interface, offering booking, scheduling and location-aware trip management across multiple modes. Key capabilities include real-time shuttle tracking, route optimization, and HR system integration for automated onboarding. It targets large employers, universities, hospitals, and business parks seeking to reduce single-occupancy driving and manage institutional transportation more centrally, using data-driven routing and environmental reporting to guide decisions.

The app brings together car-sharing, carpooling, vanpooling and on-demand rides for organizations

The tool aggregates multiple corporate mobility modes into one programmatic hub, enabling reservations and fleet access for institutional users. Corporate car-sharing supports digital reservations and keyless entry, while group commutes are handled through pooled-ride management for larger van services. On-demand intraday travel is included so employers can offer professional, organization-managed trips without relying on personal vehicles.

Operational flexibility adapts routes and schedules to changing demand patterns

The platform supports demand-responsive re-routing and hybrid-work schedule adjustments, using algorithms that weigh travel time, operational efficiency, and carbon emissions when allocating vehicles. Administrators can adjust runs as attendance patterns vary, and the system can modify planned services in real time to reflect actual rider needs, reducing empty-seat mileage and improving vehicle utilization for institutional programs.

The mobile access model requires institutional enrollment and supported devices

The app runs on iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 12.0 or later; access is restricted to users with valid corporate or campus credentials provided by the organization. That access model means the platform is deployed by partner institutions rather than open to the general public, and enrollment and permissions are handled through organizational provisioning during implementation.

Operational reporting and boarding workflows serve sustainability and reimbursement needs

Reporting features aggregate ESG metrics, vehicle-occupancy rates, and trip data for institutional review, and automated mileage tracking supports reimbursement processes. The platform also includes QR code boarding for fast rider check-in and digital management controls for administrators to monitor fleet use and produce exportable reports for sustainability or HR reconciliation.

Best suited to institutions that coordinate transport programs and administrative rollout

The app is a practical option for large organizations that plan and manage shared mobility programs across employees or students. Successful deployment depends on organizational commitment to provisioning users and integrating the platform into existing operations. Administrators should stage pilot routes, confirm device coverage across their population, and plan data workflows before full rollout to capture operational and environmental benefits.
