Logs meals by photo, voice, typed entry, or barcode and turns those entries into calorie and macronutrient estimates using AI photo recognition and a chat assistant. Fittolog: Diyet Kalori Takip, from AFC LABS, sits in the health-fitness category on Android and iOS. It bundles water tracking, weight charts, and fridge-based recipe suggestions, aimed at Turkish-speaking users who want a localized, low-effort way to monitor daily nutrition and body metrics.

How does meal logging work in everyday use?

The app offers four logging methods: plate photos for AI analysis, voice descriptions, manual typing, and barcode scanning, which lets you record packaged foods quickly. Photo and voice input are central to the workflow, reducing manual entry by sending images or spoken descriptions to the app's AI. Daily routines can use the barcode scanner for grocery items and the photo mode for home-cooked plates, keeping a running food diary with calculated calories and macronutrients.

How well does it match Turkish cuisine and local eating habits?

Fittolog includes a database optimized for Turkish dishes and local products, which improves portion matching and food selection compared with generic global lists. The fridge-based recipe suggestions use stored ingredients to propose meals, tying into regional recipes. This localized content means users who cook Turkish meals encounter familiar dish names and portion presets instead of building entries from scratch each time.

Is the interface and onboarding suitable for daily use and accessibility?

The app groups weight tracking, water goals, and progress charts into a single flow, so a daily check-in records hydration and body measurements alongside food. The Fitto AI Assistant provides a conversational chat for quick advice without digging through menus. The reported design is modern and the barcode scanner and multi-modal logging lower the daily friction of keeping a diary, which helps people maintain routine entries.

How reliable are the AI estimates and privacy controls for regular decisions?

The AI estimates calories and macronutrients from photos and voice input, offering immediate feedback for meal choices and recipe suggestions. The assistant evaluates meals and suggests recipes based on fridge contents, which supports short-term decision making. The source notes AI is evolving and the developer refines analysis over time; privacy specifics describe AI processing but do not claim fully local processing, so expect some data sent for analysis in routine use.

To sum up, a practical daily companion for Turkish meal tracking

Fittolog is a strong option for Turkish-speaking users who want quick meal entry with photo or voice and integrated hydration and weight charts. Its local food database and Fitto Assistant make it useful for people who cook regional dishes and want automated suggestions. If you need strictly local-only processing or a fully manual tracker, consider that the app depends on AI analysis that the developer continues to refine.
