This Netflix addon for browsers can create an Instant Queue for Netflix, you can add movies or TV series directly from the popups on the main Netflix page.

If you want to put in shows to your list, just check the box next to them on the menu, and you’ll see a small indicator next to each movie that you can add to the queue. If you want to put in more than one movie, just enter the title of each movie and the plugin will add them to your queue.
