How to use FIB:

• To sign up, you must be at least 16 years old and have a registered mobile number with Fidelity Bank. You must also have a bank account with Fidelity Bank.
• To start using FIB, you must first log in with your Fidelity Bank account information. If you are not sure what this means or how to log in, please call our customer service number on +.
• After logging in, you will be presented with the main menu. You can access the main menu from the main screen or by pressing the menu button on the upper right corner of the login screen.
• From the main menu, you will be able to perform transactions and manage your accounts.
