FG iViss is a free Android application developed by Future Generali - General under the category of Business & Productivity and subcategory Finance. It is an application for the customers and network repair shops of Future Generali India Insurance for surveying vehicles. This app enables customers to survey their vehicles digitally from the insured location or the workshop through live streaming. The application reduces the overall turnaround time of survey after a claim is intimated to the insurer.

The application has two modules, one for customers and the other for repair shops. The customer module allows customers to carry out the survey of the vehicle through live streaming. The repair shop module allows them to carry out the survey online and offline. The application also provides the provision to upload/share documents related to the claim. Additionally, customers can chat with the service engineer during the live streaming.
