The app provides HD Instructional videos for exercises and a secure messaging feature to communicate with FCAR & STC providers. As users complete exercises, they receive trophies and medals to celebrate their progress, tracked in the 'Awards' tab.

In addition to English, users can select alternative languages in the 'More' tab. The 'Appointments' tab allows users to book appointments, and marking exercises as complete helps providers monitor progress. Access to this app is exclusive to FCAR & STC patients, integrating with the iPhone Health app to monitor daily step counts for activity tracking.
