Fast Striker EX is a premium action game from developer NG Dev. It is the official Nintendo Switch port of the classic arcade shooter, Fast Striker. This version preserves the visuals of the original and introduces new content and modern features to enhance the experience for today's players. 

Revived and enhanced 

The classic vertical arcade shooter, Fast Striker, for the Neo Geo game console has received a Switch port with Fast Striker EX. It remains faithful to the original art style, with 32-bit visual improvement and other modern features and options. Choose from four game modes and blast your way through six stages with different enemy types and large bosses waiting at the end of each. 

As mentioned, it also incorporates modern gaming features and options, including a Training Mode, autofire, and diagonal movement. It even adds various graphical filters like scanline for a more authentic and nostalgic feel. Having said all that, the game still needs to work on its controls as they feel a bit slow and unresponsive, which is a big detriment for these types of games. 

Decent port 

To sum up, Fast Striker EX is a faithful port of the classic arcade shooter that brings plenty of improvements and additions that complement the experience.
