Faluappen is a free Android app developed by Falu P AB. It falls under the Travel & Navigation category and aims to simplify the parking experience for users. The app allows you to pay for your parking directly through the app using a debit or credit card, extending your parking time without having to go back to your car. You only pay for the time you park, with no additional fees.

The app displays the nearest parking area automatically, and you can also choose an area using the map or by searching for the zone code or name. After verifying that the zone code and registration number are correct, you can select the end time you want on your parking ticket and start the ticket. Parking wardens can see your digital ticket directly on their handheld devices. If you have notifications enabled, you will receive a reminder 10 minutes before your parking time expires.

When you pay with Faluappen, your parking sessions are collected for a 30-day period and charged once per month. VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Additionally, the app includes "Hitta i Falun," which provides tips about events, cafes, restaurants, shops, and more, all of which are members of Centrala Stadsrum. The events are shown in collaboration with Visit Dalarna and Centrala Stadsrum.
