Downloadable optional files

Users of The Fabulous New Vegas utility can download two optional files: “Smiley Face” and “Tweaked texture by zzjay”—both of which can be installed to the main file. When the former is installed, the letter “O” in “Welcome to Fabulous New Vegas” will have a smiley face.
