Fallout 4: Vault-Tec Workshop is an expansion for the popular action game, available on PlayStation 4. This add-on allows players to design and build their own Vault, utilizing pre-war industrial kits that feature nostalgic furniture, lighting, and art. Players take on the role of Overseer, conducting experiments on Dwellers to determine what constitutes an ideal citizen. The expansion enhances the existing gameplay by introducing new building mechanics and customization options.

This add-on activates when players reach level 20 and step outside the Institute or travel to Quincy Quarries. It features clean versions of various objects from the base game, and many prefabricated tiles come with pre-installed wiring. However, players cannot construct Vault prefab structures outside Vault 88 until completing the quest "Lady Luck," adding a layer of progression to the building experience.
