Solitaire Blast – Fairway Card, from BFG Entertainment Inc., is a golf-themed iPhone solitaire puzzle designed for quick, arcade-style sessions. Players clear cards using a one-card up-or-down rule across handcrafted layouts, trigger high-score streaks with a speed-focused Fire Mode, and deploy power-ups like Wild Shots and lasers. The app includes daily challenges, tournaments, leaderboards, and collectible Stick'ems, aimed at casual players and fans of the Fairway Solitaire series who prefer brisk, competitive rounds.

Solitaire Blast blends solitaire logic with arcade urgency

The core loop follows standard solitaire rules with a specific one card up or down clearing mechanic, but it pushes pace through short levels and explosive power-ups. Over 1,500 hand-crafted levels set across golf-themed courses provide structure, while hazards such as sand traps and water add environmental constraints that change how you plan each sequence. The presence of the gopher mascot and Squinion characters keeps the tone light and playful.

Multiplayer features and events give social competition real weight

The app supports social contention through global leaderboards, Facebook friend integration, and recurring events. Modes include Main progression, Daily Challenges, and competitive Tournaments, which let players compare scores and collect trophies. Social mechanics let you see friends' progress and exchange lives; combined with tournaments, they create short-term goals that reward returning to the game frequently.

Presentation and audio favor a whimsical, approachable mood

The mini-golf aesthetic frames card play with themed visuals and hazards, producing a humorous atmosphere anchored by Gutsy McDivot. Sound and character touches reinforce that mood rather than a serious card simulator, which suits the game's brisk tempo. Interface elements emphasize quick reads of the tableau and power-up effects, keeping each match visually clear for short play sessions.

Progression and replayability hinge on streaks, levels, and regular events

Replay value comes from Fire Mode streaks that grant score multipliers, collectible Stick'ems redeemable for prizes, and daily challenges that rotate rewards. The game’s high user rating and frequent content updates suggest steady support and variety. Platform-wise, the app runs on iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 7.0 or later, making it accessible on many modern devices.

An energetic pick for casual, score-focused solitaire players

Solitaire Blast is an energetic choice for casual players who enjoy short, repeatable card sessions with competitive scoring and social comparison. Players who favor slow, contemplative solitaire may find the tempo and event cadence less fitting. For anyone after quick matches wrapped in a playful golf motif, this app makes a persuasive, approachable companion on mobile.
