FAIR-biomed allows users to query for biomedical data in various knowledge bases such as PubMed or NCBI. The extension offers direct links to 20+ knowledge bases, along with their respective search interfaces. Once you've selected a knowledge base, you can enter a query and choose the type of query you want to do (e.g. Gene or Publications). Select a source (e. PubMed or Gene) to find out more about that type of query, and start exploring for data that fits your request.

You can explore different types of data, including gene, publication, PMC, pathway, phenotype, clinical trial, and more.

You can find relevant information in all of these knowledge bases, including links to the relevant entry points. You can use the extension to search and browse knowledge bases from anywhere in the world. It is available for Firefox and Chrome.
