How to use:

You can use this app in two ways:

The first is to open the utility from the menu. You will be prompted to enter the name of the file you want to open. You will then be given the choice of whether you want to open it as a regular file or as a program. If you choose the program, you will be given the option of either opening it in the current directory or in the default directory. You will then be given the option of opening it either as a regular file or as a program.

The second is to use the command line. You will need to enter the name of the file you want to open, as well as the ID of the NPC you want to edit.
