eXtract Snippet is a handy Chrome add-on developed by Melwyn Pawar that allows users to easily extract HTML and CSS code snippets from websites. With this tool, you can inspect any element on a website and quickly obtain its corresponding HTML and CSS code.

To use eXtract Snippet, simply install the add-on and open Chrome's developer tools by right-clicking on the element you want to inspect and selecting "Inspect element". Within the developer tools, you'll find a panel named "eXtract HTML CSS". Click on this panel and then click on the "Get HTML/CSS of inspected element" button.

The eXtractor will filter out only the relevant CSS and extract the HTML code for the inspected snippet. While smaller snippets are processed quickly, larger snippets might take a bit longer. The final extracted code closely matches the actual snippet on the website.

Additionally, eXtract Snippet allows you to preview the extracted code on popular platforms like CodePen, JSFiddle, or JSbin. Simply click on the respective buttons below the extracted code to see how it looks in action.

Please note that version 1.4 of eXtract Snippet also supports extracting HTML and CSS from iframes, making it even more versatile for web developers and designers.
