The Extra Space Storage app is a comprehensive solution that makes it easy for you to access your Extra Space Storage unit and facilities from anywhere at any time. You can make a payment for a unit online or using the app, view your account history, access to help, and receive notifications.

To view your storage unit information, simply open the app and tap the unit name. You can quickly find the facility address, the facility type, and operating hours. If you are accessing a facility that offers digital access, you’ll be able to open the gate and access your storage unit at the push of a button!

You can update your account information through the app or the website, set up Easy Pay or set up ESS SecurePay. The app also makes it easy for you to leave feedback. Just tap the Feedback icon and leave a short message. You’ll receive a quick response from a representative and a quick response to your feedback.
